(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 948.01, with respect to anyone that's discovered to have violated this part, adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence shall not be suspended, deferred, or withheld, nor shall these kinds of man or woman be qualified for parole just before serving the necessary minimum amount expression of imprisonme
